SPring 2022 Audited Yoga for Middle and High School Students, 9-week course, March 15 – May 19, 2022, Tues and Thurs, 2:00 – 3:20 PM Mountain Time

Tuition for Student Audited Course: $90

This class is comprised of twice a week live online yoga instruction and practice. Each class is designed to introduce the student to the philosophy, form and practice of Yoga. Students will need comfortable clothing they can bend and move in and purchase a yoga mat. Having your computer video on is a requirement for this class so the instructor can help each student with form. Yoga is adaptable and can be relaxing or vigorous depending on your level of engagement. Making Yoga a daily practice has proven to help students increase flexibility, strength, give them more peace in their minds and bodies. No homework.

Spring 2022 Yoga Audit Course

Spring 2022 Gentle Yoga for Parents and Mentors, Friday March 11- April 29, 5:00 am MST

Are you wanting a deeper connection with fellow parents and mentors at Ensign Peak Academy? What about having some dedicated time to restore, relax and rejuvenate through stillness and strengthening while meditating on our connection with Christ? How about being equipped with breathing techniques and poses to prepare your heart and mind for the work of God ahead of you?

Spring 2022 Yoga Parent and Mentor Course

Instructor: Jenny Hochstein

Jenny Hochstein certified to teach yoga in 2009. She has been teaching community groups and private yoga courses for the last 12 years. She is mom to five kids and wife to a husband she loves dearly. She loves her family and enjoys doing yoga with her husband, her kids and her baby. Jenny enjoys gardening, hosting a book club, and growing tulips. She loves sushi, art, being outside, music, and homeschooling. Jenny started practicing yoga when she was fifteen years old,  during one of the most stressful times of her life. She knows from first-hand experience how yoga can help heal emotional and physical wounds. Jenny is especially eager to teach youth and is looking forward to sharing her knowledge about how yoga can boost energy, strength, happiness, confidence and a positive outlook on life. She specializes in a unique form of yoga that combines yoga meditations centered on Christ, Father in Heaven and nature. She is passionate about teaching beginners and experienced youth. Jenny feels grateful for the opportunity to share her gift with others – a gift she for which she feels thankful and with which she strives to glorify Heavenly Father.
