Course Extensions
As pertaining to tuition paid for the 2020-2021 school year, the final date for late submissions of assignments and quizzes is Jan 30, 2021 for 1-semester courses, and June 12, 2021 for 2-semester courses.
If a student hasn’t completed a course by the final due date, the student may pay the monthly self-paced fee of $20 per middle school course or $25 per high school course, and continue to submit items until they have completed the course. In this case, the student will remain in the same live course grade book. The mentor for the self-paced program will provide the grading and feedback.

Middle and high school students may register for Yearbook by paying the registration fee here:

Refund Policy
Students may withdraw at anytime during the school year. Monthly payments cease at the end of the month in which written notice of withdrawal is received by school administration. A pro-rated refund for annual lump sum payments is provided, based on the number of months enrolled and after written notice of withdrawal is received by school administration. (See Rosetta Stone exception below.)
For the purposes of pro-rated refunds for self-paced lump sum tuition, calculations are according to this formula: 6-Credit Full Schedule and 1-Credit Courses are equivalent to a 10-month period, and 3-Credit Full Schedule and 0.5-Credit Courses are equivalent to a 5-months, regardless of the actual number of lessons completed. (See Rosetta Stone exception below.)
The calendar month during which a written notice of withdrawal is received, is counted as an enrolled month, regardless of the date the withdrawal notice is received.
Rosetta Stone Refund Policy: When a student withdraws from any World Language course, up to $150 is retained by Ensign Peak Academy to cover the cost of the Rosetta Stone license. This is due to the fact that Rosetta Stone only sells annual licenses to schools, payable by lump sum, with no refund. Ensign Peak Academy may be able to assist you by reassigning your license to another student, but cannot guarantee that this will happen. In this case, you will receive a report of all completed items, your work will then be deleted from the Rosetta Stone platform and the license will be assigned to the new student, who may select any language and will start at the beginning and not see any of your work.
